SHIZEN SANCTUARY is a sanctuary for exploring, discovering, transforming, remembering, and, just simply being.
"Shizen" (pronounced "She-ZEN" in Japanese) means "nature" or "natural". Returning to one's natural state of being is a sacred journey of remembrance, of awakening to one's loving essence and creative authenticity. We are each a unique, individuated soul of the whole. As a non profit, non-denominational spiritual center and temple in Eugene, Oregon, Shizen Sanctuary is helping to bridge the physical and spiritual realms, in support of each of our unique paths.
​​Shizen Sanctuary is now in its sunset stage, as the property will be placed on sale in early spring. There will only be a few more offerings from now: a deeply resonate Spring Equinox Sound Bath & Healing offered at two different times (see flyer below), quarterly sound meditation services from summer, and aura readings by appointment until the property sells. All offerings are available to the public.
